Thank you for sharing Gavin, I really appreciate your work. I understand that part of the intention here is to mobilise readers for action on climate change. But if the agenda is self-help we could also recognise other ways of mitigating our climate anxiety - in addition to becoming part of the solution. I think I have suffered from solastalgia for most of my life and I would say the one thing that offers me the greatest relief is gratitude: reminding myself that despite the chaos we see all around us and despite our fears for the future, there is much that is still here to be grateful for - all the moreso because we might be the last generation to see it, at least in its current form.
